Luigi's Mansion 3 is that rare game that nails the family-friendly sweet spot: charming enough for younger kids, clever enough for older ones, and polished enough that parents won't mind playing along.
It's essentially a playable Pixar movie—gorgeous to look at, genuinely funny, and full of creative 'wow' moments as you explore each themed floor. The puzzles hit that perfect difficulty where kids feel accomplished without getting stuck for hours, and the ghost-vacuuming mechanic never gets old.
The 'spooky' factor is Scooby-Doo level at most. If your kid can handle a PG animated movie, they can handle this. It's actually less intense than the previous Luigi's Mansion games, which is saying something.
This is a strong pick for families looking for quality co-op gaming, kids ready to graduate from purely safe-zone content, or anyone who wants a well-crafted adventure that doesn't require a PhD in gaming to enjoy.
