What if the cost is prohibitive?
Just email me — [email protected] — and I'll give you full Family access for $1. We don't want price to be the reason a family can't get this.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Family is a monthly subscription — cancel any time and you'll keep access through the end of your billing cycle. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase. No hard sells, no dark patterns.
Is my family's data private and secure?
Absolutely. All survey responses are anonymized for community comparisons. Your individual data is never shared, and you can delete your account and data at any time. We use industry-standard encryption and security practices.
Why is school-level data only on the Family plan?
School-level comparisons require smaller sample sizes and more careful data validation to protect student privacy while maintaining statistical accuracy. Your Family subscription helps us ensure that data quality and comply with privacy regulations.
