The floating metaphor is brilliant because it works on multiple levels—neurodivergence, cultural identity, disability, or just general kid weirdness. Every family will see something different in it, and that's the point.

The only 'watch for' is that some sensitive kids might feel the social rejection scenes, but the payoff is worth it.
