Untitled Goose Game is a rare gem: a game that's genuinely funny, creative, and safe for kids without being preachy or dumbed down. The premise is absurd in the best way, and the puzzle design is clever enough to keep both kids and adults engaged.
The co-op mode is a particular highlight for families—you can guide younger kids through trickier puzzles while laughing together at the goose's ridiculous behavior. At about 2 hours to complete, it's short enough to avoid overstaying its welcome but replayable enough to justify the price.
The only minor hiccup: a couple of objectives involve moving a bra or picking up a pipe, which might prompt questions from younger kids. But these are brief, silly moments in an otherwise squeaky-clean game. Just have a quick chat if needed and move on.
Bottom line: This is one of the best family-friendly games of the past few years. It's funny, it's clever, and it doesn't talk down to kids. Highly recommended.
