WISE Score
A brick-built record covered in Olivia's symbols, with a center you twist to make stars and butterflies pop out.
The entry point to the Olivia Rodrigo line: $34.99, 360 pieces, and done in an evening. It looks good on a wall, and the twist-to-reveal center gives a fan something to show friends.
It is a fan piece. A kid who knows the megaphone and the butterflies will spot every reference; for anyone else it is a nicely made black disc.
The 10+ on the box is about build complexity and LEGO's branding, not content, and no LEGO set is inappropriate for any age. At 360 pieces with one simple mechanism, most 8- and 9-year-olds who have built a few sets can finish it on their own. Younger fans build it with a parent, which is the better way to build anyway. Under 3, small parts are the one real limit.
A wall or shelf piece made of Olivia Rodrigo symbols: a megaphone, butterflies, stars and red lips. Nothing in it needs a second look from a parent.
A tribute object more than a world to play in, but the twist-to-reveal center gives kids something to show off.
A LEGO product with standard toy-safety certification. Small parts are the only concern, and only for kids under 3.
A short build, 360 pieces, with one neat technique: the studs on one side are reversed so the record reads flat from the front.
Set 43028 is a brick-built vinyl record about 7 inches across, covered in the symbols Olivia's fans know: a red megaphone from the GUTS tour, a pair of red lips, butterflies and stars, plus her signature along the bottom. It comes with a fold-out stand, or it hangs on a wall.
The purple center is the trick. Rotate it and arms hidden behind the record swing out past the edge, carrying more stars and butterflies. Twist it back and they disappear. Brickset's reviewer called it quite satisfying, and it is the thing a kid will demonstrate to everyone who walks into their room.
Twist the purple center and hidden arms push stars and butterflies out past the edge of the record.
360 pieces, an evening's work. The record uses a neat technique that reverses the studs on one side so the front reads as a flat disc. Two stickers on the center label carry the stars and her OR monogram; the rest of the decoration is brick-built.
The minifigure wears a sparkly dress based on a SOUR tour look, with knee-high lace-up boots.

For a fan, yes: it is the least expensive way into the line, it comes with a minifigure, and it looks finished on a wall. For a kid who is not into Olivia Rodrigo, Brickset's verdict holds: likely a pass.
It sells for $34.99 at LEGO.com and on Amazon. If your kid wants more to build, the Concert Moon adds a spinning mechanism for $15 more, and our Olivia Rodrigo guide covers the music behind the symbols.
