The GUTS tour moon, on a turntable that spins it
On the GUTS World Tour, Olivia sang from a giant crescent moon that flew out over the crowd. Set 43029 puts that moon on a stand above a brick-built purple record player, with an Olivia minifigure sitting on it. If your kid missed the shows, the tour was also released as a concert film.
Turn the handle on the side and the record spins, carrying the moon with it.
The handle drives everything
A handle on the side of the player turns the record, and the moon is mounted on it, so the two spin together. Brickset's reviewer called it a clever spinning feature, and liked the record player enough to want a version without the Olivia branding. A red lever on the deck pushes out a small hidden drawer.
The drawer slides out from under the deck, and a holder on the corner takes a photo or ticket.
The build
670 pieces, most of them the turntable: layered purple plates, the platter and tonearm, then the brick-built moon with stars on bent rods. The label in the middle of the record is one large sticker. Brickset found fewer hidden references here than in the other four sets, so a kid who loves hunting for callbacks to the songs gets more from the Secret Storage or the Dual Guitar.
Is it worth $49.99?
About 7.5 cents a piece, with a working mechanism and a detailed minifigure. For a kid who went to the tour or watched it, it is the set tied most closely to one moment they remember. For a kid who wants the most to build, the $79.99 Secret Storage has more in the box.
It sells for $49.99 at LEGO.com and on Amazon. The other four sets are on the Olivia Rodrigo LEGO page, and our Olivia Rodrigo guide covers the music.
