Here's the deal: Transformers: EarthSpark should be good. New Earthborn robots, diverse family, fresh premise—all great ingredients. But that 3.8 IMDb rating is a massive red flag that something went seriously wrong in execution.
The WISE elements are decent on paper: it's got cooperation themes, family bonds, and age-appropriate action. But if the show is boring, poorly paced, or just badly written (which that score strongly suggests), none of that matters. Your kid will tune out, and you'll be stuck watching something that even die-hard Transformers fans apparently hate.
Common Sense Media says age 7, which tracks for the action level. But honestly? With so many better animated shows available in 2025, this feels like a skip unless your kid is absolutely obsessed with Transformers specifically. Even then, maybe steer them toward the original animated series or the better-reviewed movies instead.
