This is Peanuts doing what Peanuts does best: gentle, wholesome content that doesn't talk down to kids. The space theme is a smart update that makes it feel fresh rather than like a dusty rerun of Charlie Brown Christmas.
The show is genuinely educational without being preachy—kids actually learn about planets, gravity, and space exploration while watching a beagle float around. It's the kind of show you can put on without worry and actually feel good about.
The main limitation is that there are only 12 short episodes, so it's not going to be a long-term solution for screen time. And it's definitely skewed young—this is preschool/early elementary territory. But for that age group, it's a solid win: safe, sweet, and sneakily educational.
