Noel Deyzel is one of the better fitness influencers out there—he brings mental health awareness and genuine positivity to a space that's often toxic. For a teen who's serious about getting into strength training, this channel offers solid technical instruction and motivation without the worst of bro culture.
That said, this is still YouTube fitness content, which comes with baggage: occasional swearing, the pressure cooker of bodybuilding aesthetics, and an algorithm that'll happily serve up less wholesome channels next. The heavy lift demos are impressive but could inspire a 14-year-old to load up a barbell dangerously without proper coaching.
If your teen is genuinely interested in lifting and you're willing to have conversations about safe progression, realistic body expectations, and the difference between fitness and competitive bodybuilding, Deyzel's a decent guide. Just don't let YouTube autoplay do the parenting.
