eBay is a power tool, not a toy. It’s one of the few places on the internet where a kid can actually learn how a business works—from inventory to customer service—but it requires you to be the manager.
There is zero 'kid mode' here. If you let a middle-schooler loose with your password, they are one click away from a financial mess or a weird interaction with a stranger. Use it as a supervised teaching tool for entrepreneurship, not as a place for them to kill time browsing.
