A town with nothing to win
Brookhaven RP is a town on Roblox with houses, cars, shops, a school, a hospital and a police station. There are no quests, levels or points. Players pick a house, choose a role, maybe a parent, a baby, a cop, a doctor, a teenager, and start a scene with whoever else is around.
Pretend play is one of the best things kids do, and Brookhaven gives them a huge stage for it. It is also the risk, because the story is whatever the 30 people in the server decide it is.
The size is the story
Wolfpaq built Brookhaven alone and launched it in April 2020. It became the most visited game on Roblox, now past 88 billion visits, and in February 2025 the studio Voldex bought it. On October 1, 2026, more than 300,000 people were playing at the same time, and the latest update added a licensed Jurassic World event with a T. rex.
What parents run into
The town is clean. Roblox labels it Minimal maturity, suitable for everyone. The scenes are not always. Kids report dating roleplay, bank robberies and cop chases, mean comments about who has the cheap house, and strangers trying to steer a conversation in a bedroom. Common Sense Media's parents' guide notes that chat in the game is not always polite.
Three things make a big difference:
- Limit chat in Roblox parental controls. Since January 2026, Roblox requires an age check to chat and keeps chat within similar age groups.
- Play with friends from school. A private server keeps strangers out, and its owner can kick players.
- Ask about the stories. "What did you play today?" gets kids talking, and it makes the next uncomfortable moment easier to bring up.
The shop sells status
Brookhaven is free, with about 20 Robux passes. VIP costs 749 Robux, Estates Unlocked 599, Vehicle Pack 599, Premium 320. Kids notice who has the mansion. Settle a Robux rule early.
For younger kids who want the dollhouse without the strangers, Toca Life World is the same kind of play offline. Older kids who love building houses often prefer Welcome to Bloxburg. The full rundown is in the Brookhaven parents' guide.
