This is one of the most successful board-to-app ports ever made. It takes a world-class strategy game and strips away the tedious scoring and setup, leaving only the high-speed decision-making. It’s the perfect 'smart' game for a kid who has outgrown mindless runners but isn't ready for a 4-hour epic.

It’s clean, it’s fair, and it’s genuinely challenging. In an app store full of manipulative loot boxes, 7 Wonders is a refreshing reminder that games can be about skill and systems rather than just dopamine loops.

Best for ages 9 and up. While the math isn't hard, the logic of 'drafting' (passing cards around) and balancing three different resource types requires a level of focus that younger kids might find frustrating.
