Everybody gets paid when the pizza goes out
Work at a Pizza Place is one of the oldest games on Roblox, built by Dued1 and running since 2008. Players join Builder Brothers Pizza and pick a job: cashier, cook, pizza boxer, delivery driver, supplier or manager. Cashiers take orders, cooks make them, boxers box them, drivers deliver them, and the supplier keeps the kitchen stocked.
Every delivered order adds to everyone's paycheck. That one rule makes the game: if the supplier wanders off, the cooks run out, and everyone earns less. Kids learn that their part matters to the group without anyone saying it.
The manager's chair
One player per server can be manager. The manager gives bonuses, names an Employee of the Day, sends slackers back to work and can start a vote to kick someone. Since 2022, a star system cuts the pay of players who troll, and the manager can fire a player who hits zero stars.
Most managers are fine. A bossy one can make a session miserable, which is a good opening to talk about what makes a fair boss.
A house, and a shop
Paychecks pay out in Coins, which go into a house and furniture. Robux passes sell VIP (800 Robux), bigger homes up to an Estate (3,200 Robux) and extras like a delivery vehicle. A player can also spend Robux on Neon Time, a bonus period that raises pay for the whole server.
It has passed 5.6 billion visits, and servers hold up to 12 players. For a kid who loves the kitchen chaos, Restaurant Tycoon 2 gives them their own restaurant to run, and Overcooked! 2 brings the teamwork to the couch with no shop. Setup help is in the Roblox parental controls guide.
