Let's be real: Power Rangers is a 90s relic that hasn't aged well. The production values are rough, the acting is wooden, and the formula is painfully repetitive. Every episode is the same—problem, monster, fight, giant monster, Megazord fight, win. Rinse, repeat 150+ times.
That said, it's safe. The violence is so cartoonish and consequence-free that it barely registers as violence. No one bleeds, gets hurt, or dies. Monsters explode in fireworks. The moral lessons are basic but present: teamwork good, bullying bad, never give up.
The real question is whether your kid can actually sit through it. Modern children raised on high-quality animation and fast-paced storytelling will likely find this painfully boring. The special effects look like someone's garage project, the dialogue is cringe-inducing, and the pacing drags.
This is mostly a nostalgia play for parents who want to share their childhood. If that's you, go for it—but don't be surprised if your kid asks to watch something else after 10 minutes. There are much better options for superhero content that deliver the same teamwork messages with actual production quality.
