Partysaurus Rex is the cinematic equivalent of a fun-size candy bar: sweet, harmless, and gone in a flash. It's a perfectly fine 7-minute diversion if you're already on Disney+ and need something to occupy little ones while you fold laundry.
The good: Pixar quality, zero content concerns, and a nice little confidence-building message for Rex. The meh: it's so short and slight that it barely registers. You won't remember it a week later, but you also won't regret the time spent.
If your kid loves Toy Story, throw it on. If they don't, you're not missing anything essential. It's the definition of 'fine'—which, in the world of kids' content, is actually pretty solid.
