Marble Hornets is the grandfather of the 'creepypasta' era, and it holds up surprisingly well if you have the patience for it. It's not 'brain rot'—it's a carefully constructed mystery that actually requires you to use your head to follow the plot.
That said, it is horror. It’s meant to make you feel unsafe in your own house. If your kid is already a bit jumpy or obsessed with internet urban legends, this might feed that fire a little too much. But as a piece of creative media? It's brilliant. Just keep it away from the elementary schoolers unless you want them sleeping in your bed for the next month.
