This is the second book in Percy’s 'Senior Year' trilogy, and it’s a total blast. Riordan hasn't lost his touch. He manages to make the stakes feel real—like Percy needing to pet-sit for Hecate—without the 'end of the world' exhaustion of some other series.
It’s the perfect antidote to brain-rot. It’s funny, smart, and actually rewards kids for paying attention. If you’ve got a kid who loved the Disney+ show or the original books, this is a mandatory addition to the shelf. It’s one of those rare books that actually justifies the hype.
