Look, if you're a parent reading this, you already know The Inbetweeners 2 isn't going on the family movie list. This is firmly adult comedy—crude, raunchy, and built entirely on sexual mishaps and embarrassment.
For fans of the original series, it's a decent sequel that delivers more of what they loved about the show. The critical reception is middling (69% critics, 60% audience on RT), and the 6.4 IMDb rating suggests it's... fine. Not great, not terrible, just fine.
From a WISE perspective, it scores low across the board because it's not designed for kids or families. It's designed for young adults who enjoy cringe comedy and don't mind explicit content. That's a perfectly valid form of entertainment, but it's not what Screenwise is here to recommend for your kids.
If you're an adult looking for something to watch solo or with other adults who enjoyed the series, go for it. Otherwise, hard pass for family viewing.
