The Body has one of those loglines that tells you its exact wavelength in twenty words: badly behaved Catholic school girls, a dance-team initiation that goes wrong, prophetic visions, and a town spiraling into mass hysteria. Because full reviews and episode breakdowns aren't out yet, we're judging the blueprint—and the blueprint is pure, thorny teen psychological drama.
If you have an older teen who gravitates toward stories about intense female friendships, groupthink, and small-town panic, this is worth keeping on your radar to watch together. It is obviously not built for younger kids, and until an official TV rating drops, you should expect the usual TV-MA or hard TV-14 cocktail of hazing, mean-girl cruelty, and unsettling religious imagery.
