SMART Notebook is the heavyweight champion of classroom tech. It’s not 'entertainment' in the way a Pixar movie is, but it’s a massive upgrade over the dusty chalkboards of the past. It succeeds by making the screen a shared, social space rather than an isolating one.
That said, don't mistake 'interactivity' for 'education.' Your kid might spend 20 minutes dragging digital labels onto a map, which looks impressive but might not be any more effective than a 5-minute sketch in a notebook. It's a solid tool that's as good as the teacher using it.
