If you loved the original Sleeping Queens, this is a solid 'more of the same but different' addition to the family shelf.
It’s not quite as educational as the first one—parents who loved the original for the '2+3=5' math equations might be disappointed that this sequel leans more into luck and card effects. However, as a standalone experience, it’s high-quality, safe, and genuinely fun for parents to play with their kids without losing their minds from boredom.
It’s a great 'bridge' game for kids who are moving past Candy Land but aren't quite ready for the heavy strategy of Catan.
