This book is a classic for a reason. It’s the ultimate 'entry drug' to reading. While it was written in the early 90s, it hasn't aged a day because the sense of adventure is universal.

It’s not 'brain rot'—it’s the opposite. It builds a kid's attention span and gets them curious about the real world. If your kid is struggling to get into reading, hand them this. It’s short, punchy, and actually has a plot.

Don't expect Shakespearean prose, but do expect a kid who suddenly wants to go to the museum to see the Egypt exhibit.
