Skip it. Seriously. This isn't a case of critics being snobs; it’s a case of a studio taking a beloved IP and turning it into a low-budget pilot for a TV show.
The 2010 original was a masterclass in subverting superhero tropes with incredible voice acting and top-tier animation. This 2024 sequel has none of that. It’s essentially a 'movie' in name only, serving as a glorified commercial for the Peacock series. Your kids deserve better than a 90-minute loading screen.
