If you want to introduce an elementary schooler to the Marvel Cinematic Universe without handing them two-hour PG-13 action films, LEGO Marvel Avengers is one of the easiest ways in. It takes the plot beats of The Avengers, Age of Ultron, and key phase-two solo films and translates them into low-stakes brick-smashing.
The mechanics are intentionally forgiving. When a character runs out of health, they disintegrate into LEGO studs, respawn instantly on the same spot, and carry on. There are no game-over screens, no lost save files, and no high-stress punishment for missing a jump.
It can get repetitive if your kid plays three TT Games back-to-back, and the camera angle during split-screen co-op occasionally gets wonky. But as a shared-screen activity you can play together on the couch, it remains a reliable, drama-free pick.
