If you're looking for the 'fun' Bridgerton book, this is it. Hyacinth is the youngest sibling and easily the most entertaining, mostly because she refuses to play the demure debutante role. It's witty, fast-paced, and has a treasure-hunt subplot that makes it feel less like a repetitive ballroom loop and more like an actual story.
Just be aware that it carries the standard Bridgerton 'spice' level. It’s not erotica, but it’s definitely not a 'clean' romance either. For a teen who has already seen the Netflix series, there won't be any surprises here, but for a younger reader, it might be a bit of a leap.
