Look, I Am Weasel is a relic of late-'90s Cartoon Network when 'smart guy vs. dumb guy' was considered peak comedy. The whole show is basically 'watch the baboon fail while the weasel succeeds,' rinse and repeat.
The humor is mean-spirited without being clever, and the formula gets old incredibly fast. Modern kids are used to shows with actual character development, story arcs, and humor that doesn't rely entirely on humiliation. This isn't going to hold their attention.
It's not dangerous—no gore, no inappropriate content—but it's also not worth your time. There are dozens of better animated shows that are actually funny AND don't teach your kid that it's hilarious to mock someone for being less capable. Skip it unless you're on a nostalgia trip, and even then, you'll probably realize it wasn't as good as you remembered.
