This is legitimately excellent educational software—the kind teachers rave about because it actually works. GeoGebra takes math concepts that are abstract and frustrating on paper (graphing functions, geometric constructions, calculus visualization) and makes them interactive and visual.
It's not flashy or gamified, which means it won't hook reluctant learners on its own. But for kids who are curious about math, or who struggle to understand functions conceptually, this is transformative. The fact that it's completely free, ad-free, and widely used in schools worldwide is the cherry on top.
If your kid is in algebra or beyond and wrestling with graphing or geometric concepts, this is worth introducing. It won't replace homework, but it might make homework actually make sense.
