This is the kind of show that exists to fill Disney+ content quotas. The premise—babysitting alien kids disguised as humans—has potential, but the execution is aggressively mediocre. Reviews consistently mention poor acting, unfunny jokes, and disappointing effects.
That 5.9 IMDB rating tells the story: it's watchable in the way that a long car ride is survivable. Your 7-year-old might enjoy it, but they're not going to be quoting it at dinner or asking for themed birthday parties. It's safe, it's fine, it's forgettable.
If your kid is already deep in the Disney Channel ecosystem and just needs something on in the background, sure. But if you're curating a must-watch list? Skip it. There are better alien shows (The Last Kids on Earth), better babysitting shows (The Baby-Sitters Club), and better Disney content overall.
