Look, this is the third FBI show in the Dick Wolf franchise, and it shows. The international angle is the only thing distinguishing it from its domestic siblings, and even that feels like a gimmick more than genuine innovation.
The 6.6 IMDb rating tells you what you need to know: it's watchable but unremarkable. If your teen is already into procedurals and you need something that won't offend anyone at family viewing time, sure. But there's nothing here that rises above competent network television.
The real question is: with the explosion of prestige TV and streaming options, why would you choose this? It's not bad enough to hate-watch and not good enough to recommend. It exists. That's about it.
