Look, if you loved Futurama and want a fantasy version with more drinking, Disenchantment delivers. But let's be real: a show whose main character is defined by being 'hard-drinking' isn't exactly WISE territory.
Groening's clever, the world-building is creative, and for older teens who can appreciate satire without emulating behavior, there's entertainment value here. But the wholesome ship sailed when they made alcoholism the princess's personality trait.
This is firmly in the 'watch with your 16-year-old and talk about it' category, not the 'recommend for family viewing' pile.
