ChuChu TV Storytime is what you put on when you want something less brain-melting than CoComelon but don't have the energy to find actually good content. The stories are fine—traditional moral tales with simple 2D animation—but they're also kind of boring and painfully didactic.
The bigger issue is that it's YouTube. Even if this specific channel is relatively harmless, you're still training your toddler that the TV is where YouTube lives, and that's a habit that gets harder to break. Comments being enabled on content for 2-year-olds is also a red flag.
If you need screen time for your toddler, this won't rot their brain. But it also won't do much to enrich it. It's the digital equivalent of plain oatmeal—technically nutritious, totally forgettable.
