The Cartoon Network app is a solid, reliable 'digital babysitter' if you already pay for a cable or satellite subscription. It’s essentially a curated subset of what you’d find on Max (formerly HBO Max), but packaged specifically for a kid to navigate on an iPad.
While the animation quality is some of the best in the business, the app itself feels a bit like a relic of the 2010s. It’s heavy on ads and pushes the cable-login hard. If you've already cut the cord, you're better off just using a dedicated streaming service where the interface is cleaner and the 'locked' icons won't frustrate your kid.
