Bluey is arguably the best children's programming of the last decade. It manages to be genuinely funny, deeply moving, and practically useful for teaching kids how to exist in a world with other people. It doesn't talk down to them, and it doesn't bore you.
However, watching it on the official YouTube channel is a 'convenience play.' While the content is stellar, the platform itself is designed to keep eyes glued to the screen. If you have the choice, watching the full episodes on a dedicated streaming service like Disney+ is usually the better move to avoid the algorithmic rabbit holes of YouTube.
