Look, this is a perfectly serviceable adult spy thriller that you'll forget about 20 minutes after the credits roll. The premise is interesting—two ex-lovers, one dinner, deadly secrets about a mole in the CIA—but the execution is just... fine. Critics gave it a lukewarm 63%, audiences were actively disappointed at 45%, and that brutal 2.8/5 on Letterboxd tells you everything.
It's absolutely not for kids or teens—violence, sex, heavy themes of betrayal and murder. Even for adults, there are dozens of better spy thrillers you could watch instead. If you've exhausted every other espionage movie on Prime and you're desperate, sure, give it a shot. But this isn't going on anyone's must-watch list.
The WISE score is low because it's neither wholesome nor particularly imaginative, it's definitely not safe for younger viewers, and while it attempts to be enriching with its moral complexity, the mediocre reviews suggest it doesn't stick the landing. Sometimes a movie is just... there.
