This is a budget-tier horror movie that exists primarily to fill up streaming queues during October. With an IMDb rating of 4.2 and a dismal audience score, it’s not winning any awards for storytelling or acting. It’s derivative, predictable, and mostly relies on the same haunted house tricks you’ve seen since the 90s.
If your kid is asking to watch this, they’re probably just bored and looking for anything 'spooky.' There are dozens of better horror options out there that actually have a budget and a coherent script. This one is strictly bottom-of-the-barrel filler.
