The core loop is simple. Every money card has a value in increments of $10 (like $10, $20, $50, $80). Players start by laying down any two cards from their hand that add up to $100. Once those initial stacks land on the table, anyone can steal a pile by placing a money card on top that adds up to $100 with the existing top card.
Special Thief cards steal any money pile instantly, while Jail cards trap Thief cards. Piles swap hands repeatedly until the deck runs out, and the player holding the most cash at the end wins.
