If you are into true crime, you already know if you're watching this. It's a standard-issue documentary that benefits from being released right as the real-world legal saga reaches its peak. It is well-produced but inherently voyeuristic.
For parents, this is a 'watch after the kids are in bed' pick. There is zero reason for a child to be exposed to the specifics of the Moscow murders. Even for older teens, it's worth asking if they are watching for the 'thrill' or to actually understand the mechanics of the justice system.
