Boss Baby: Back in Business is the TV equivalent of a participation trophy—it's there, it's fine, nobody's upset about it, but nobody's writing home about it either.
The sibling teamwork angle is genuinely positive, and it's safe enough to let your kid watch while you fold laundry. But here's the thing: the entire premise is corporate satire aimed at adults, wrapped in a kids' show package. Your 5-year-old doesn't care about office politics or boardroom dynamics. They just see a baby in a suit, which is mildly amusing for about three episodes.
It's not bad, but it's also not great. It's the kind of show that exists because the movie made money, not because anyone had a burning creative vision for a TV series. Your kids will watch it, forget it, and move on. There are better options in the Netflix kids' section that offer more imagination, warmth, or actual enrichment.
