If you are a fan of the long-running Filipino horror franchise, this is a solid entry that swings for the fences with its triple-timeline premise. It is a mixed bag—as all anthologies are—but the high IMDb rating suggests the production value and scares are landing better than usual for this series.
It is not a 'family movie night' pick unless your family bonds over creature features and slashers. The jump from 18th-century nuns to a 2050 apocalypse is jarring, but it keeps the pacing from dragging. Just know that the Letterboxd crowd is a bit more cynical about it, so expect some genre tropes and maybe some uneven acting.
