Look, this is fine. It's a perfectly serviceable direct-to-video crossover that does exactly what it says on the tin: Scooby-Doo meets Batman, they solve a mystery, everyone goes home happy.
The problem? It's aggressively mediocre. The 6.5 IMDb and 3.2 Letterboxd ratings tell the story—even fans are like 'yeah, okay, I guess.' There's no real creativity here, just two franchises smooshed together with predictable results. The Brave and the Bold Batman is the right choice for this (campy and kid-friendly), but the whole thing feels like it was made by committee.
If your 7-year-old is obsessed with either franchise, they'll probably enjoy it once. But this isn't going into heavy rotation, and you're not missing anything if you skip it entirely. It's background noise that happens to be safe and wholesome, which counts for something, but let's not pretend this is quality viewing.
