Look, it’s the sixth or seventh time we’ve been to the Further, and the formula is starting to show its age. That said, Out of the Further tries to spice things up by adding a home-invasion thriller element that actually works. It’s less about 'ghosts in the attic' and more about 'something is in the house right now.'
It’s a solid choice for a Friday night if your teen is already a horror junkie, but it’s not reinventing the wheel. The scares are loud, the atmosphere is thick, and the plot is just enough to keep the jumpscares connected. Don't expect a masterpiece, but it delivers the adrenaline it promises.
