Look, Marvel's churning out content faster than Vibranium can absorb kinetic energy, and this one feels like it. The premise is cool—historical Wakandan warriors on globe-trotting missions—but the execution is aggressively mediocre.
A 6.2 on IMDb and 3/5 on Letterboxd tells you everything: this is background-watching material at best. It's not offensively bad, but it's also not particularly good. If your teen is a hardcore Black Panther fan who needs every crumb of Wakanda lore, sure, queue it up. But for everyone else? There are better animated shows and better MCU entries.
The 14+ rating also means younger Marvel fans who loved the lighter Disney+ shows will find this too intense, while the formulaic mission structure means it lacks the depth to really engage older viewers. It's stuck in that awkward middle zone of being too violent for kids and too shallow for adults.
Skip it unless you're a completist, and even then, keep your expectations low.
