Paris Christmas Waltz is exactly what it looks like on the tin: a sugary, harmless, and very pretty holiday romance. It’s the cinematic equivalent of a warm mug of cocoa—comforting, familiar, but not particularly substantial.
While the dancing is legitimately impressive thanks to the leads' backgrounds, the movie suffers from the usual holiday-movie tropes that can make it a tough sell for kids who aren't into the 'clean romance' genre. If you're looking for a safe bet for a quiet night, it's fine, but don't expect it to become a new family tradition.
