Fanum is peak YouTube reaction content—teens eat it up, but there's not much substance beneath the surface. It's not harmful in the way some internet content can be (no outright toxicity, no dangerous challenges), but it's also not doing anything to enrich your kid's brain.
The real concern is the ecosystem: unmoderated comments, easy jumps to live streams, and the endless scroll of similar content that keeps kids passively consuming for hours. If your teen is watching occasionally and can talk about what they find funny, fine. If it's becoming background noise or they're diving into Discord servers and Twitch chats, time to set some boundaries.
Bottom line: It's harmless-ish entertainment for older teens, but don't expect anything more than a few laughs and a lot of screen time.
