T.O.T.S. is competent preschool television—safe, sweet, and mildly educational in that 'let's learn to share' kind of way. It won't rot anyone's brain, and parents report the songs are actually tolerable, which is legitimately impressive.
That said, it's not particularly memorable or creative beyond its initial premise. A penguin and flamingo delivering babies is cute, but the show doesn't do much with that setup beyond gentle problem-solving and friendship lessons. It's the kind of show you put on when you need 22 minutes of peace and don't want to worry about what's happening on screen.
The IMDB rating of 6.6 feels about right—it's fine. Parents will appreciate how genuinely safe and positive it is. Kids in the target age range will enjoy it. Everyone else will forget it exists the moment their youngest turns seven.
