Stung is a forgettable creature feature that couldn't decide if it wanted to be campy fun or serious horror, so it landed in the worst middle ground: boring and gross.
The numbers tell the story—critics were mildly charitable at 60%, but actual viewers who paid money gave it 24% on Rotten Tomatoes. That's a massacre worse than anything the wasps delivered. At 5.1 on IMDb and 2.7 on Letterboxd, even genre fans who usually grade on a curve for B-movies couldn't find much to love.
This is adults-only content with graphic body horror, but it's not even good enough to recommend to horror fans. It's just unpleasant, slow, and forgettable. There are a thousand better creature features to watch if that's your thing. Skip it.
