Look, this is a Disney+ original that went straight to streaming for a reason. The critics savaged it (34 Metacritic), audiences were lukewarm at best, and even generous Letterboxd users only gave it 2.2 out of 5 stars.
The concept—second-born royals have secret superpowers—sounds fun on paper, but the execution is painfully generic. It's like someone fed a computer 'Disney Channel Original Movie' and 'teen superhero film' and asked it to generate something safe and forgettable. Mission accomplished on both counts.
That said, it's completely harmless. If you need 99 minutes of utterly safe content for an 8-10 year old who isn't picky, this will do the job without causing any problems. Just don't expect them to remember it exists a week later, and definitely don't expect them to ask to rewatch it.
The WISE score reflects reality: it's safe and has some positive messages, but it's neither imaginative nor enriching enough to recommend when there are so many better options on Disney+.
