This isn't a book your kid is going to pick up for fun, and that's okay. It’s a 2025-release self-help guide that actually treats the reader like an adult.
If you have a high schooler who's into psychology or someone who’s been through the ringer and needs a structured way to process it, this is excellent. For everyone else, it’s probably a bit too 'homework-heavy' to be a casual recommendation. It's solid, high-quality non-fiction, but definitely not a beach read.
