Here's the thing: this is a time capsule from 2014 when the MCU was still finding its footing. It covers Phase One and early Phase Two—so you're getting Iron Man, Thor, and The Avengers, but missing literally everything that made the MCU the cultural juggernaut it became.
It's not a bad documentary per se, but it's essentially a 43-minute Disney+ bonus feature that got released theatrically. The behind-the-scenes footage is mildly interesting if you're into filmmaking, but it's surface-level stuff. No real controversy, no creative conflicts, just 'wasn't it great how we made all this money?'
For modern kids, this is like watching a documentary about the iPhone 4. Technically important history, but who cares? If your kid is doing a complete MCU marathon and wants ALL the supplemental content, sure, throw it on. Otherwise, there are better uses of 43 minutes—like actually watching another Marvel movie.
