The Titan Games is fine—not great, not terrible, just fine. It's The Rock being The Rock, which means lots of motivation, positivity, and watching regular people do impressive physical stuff. The good news: no toxic reality TV drama, positive messages about hard work, and it's genuinely safe for kids.
The bad news: it's not particularly enriching or imaginative. You're basically watching American Ninja Warrior with a bigger budget and more inspirational backstories. It only lasted two seasons, which tells you something about its staying power.
If you've got a sports-obsessed kid who needs something to watch that won't rot their brain, this works. But don't expect them to be deeply engaged or learn much beyond 'work hard and don't give up.' It's background-friendly viewing that won't cause problems but also won't spark much either.
